The name is inspired by the “Ridotto Theatre”, a small and old Venetian theater. Like this theater, Il Ridotto Restaurant is a small and elegant restaurant, with only 9 tables. It was started in 2006 by Gianni Bonaccorsi, who strongly wanted to create a fine dining place.
Our cuisine is anchored to land and sea products and to high quality raw materials. The dishes are the result of research and they change according to seasonal ingredients and creativity.
Ridotto’s gastronomic philosophy has been awarded a Michelin star since 2013.
